1. Custom On-Demand Production
All products, including action figures, controller holders, and collectibles, are 3D printed on-demand and/or resin printed on-demand.
- Because each item is created specifically for the customer, production times may vary.
- Please note that for hand-painted items, minor variations in color and texture may occur, making each piece unique.
2. Intellectual Property & Fan-Made Status
- Our products are fan-made artistic tributes.
- They are not officially licensed products and are not affiliated with any specific game studio, movie franchise, or brand.
- All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
3. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and compatibility lists (e.g., PS5/Xbox controller fit) are as accurate as possible. However, the Customer is responsible for ensuring their hardware is compatible with the holder purchased.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
- Any claims regarding damage or missing items must follow our Return & Refund Policy (specifically the requirement of an unboxing video).
5. Limitation of Liability
Our products are intended for display purposes. We are not liable for any damage caused to your equipment (controllers, headphones, etc.) or personal property due to improper use, accidental drops, or placement of the holders.
6. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is an error in pricing or stock availability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
7. Privacy
Your personal information used for shipping and billing is handled securely. We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Replacements & Fulfillment Policy
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge our specialized fulfillment policy:
- No Refunds: All sales are final due to the on-demand nature of our work.
- Damaged Goods: Replacements require an unboxing video.
- Replacements Timeline: Eligible replacements are reshipped within 48 hours of reported delivery issues.
- Returns: Only the “Wrong Product” requires a return, for which we provide the shipping label.
