Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order:

No Refunds

As every item is custom-crafted upon receipt of an order, we do not offer monetary refunds. All sales are final. We encourage you to review product descriptions and compatibility (e.g., controller fit) thoroughly before purchasing.

Damaged Items & Replacements

We take great care in packaging our products, but we understand that transit can be rough.

  • Eligibility: If a figure or holder arrives broken, we will provide a free replacement.
  • Requirement: To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damaged product as it is removed from its original packaging.
  • Timeline: Any replacement for a damaged product will be processed and reshipped within 48 hours of delivery verification.

Missing Parts

If your order arrives with any missing components (such as a base, a specific weapon, or an attachment):

  • Please contact us immediately with your order number.
  • The missing parts will be reshipped to you at no additional cost.

Wrong Product Delivered

In the rare event that you receive an item different from the one you ordered:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Return Shipping: We will provide you with a return label. We cover 100% of the shipping costs for returning the incorrect item to us.
  3. Correct Shipment: Once the return is in transit or received, we will reship the correct product to you immediately.

How to Claim

To report a damaged item, missing part, or incorrect product, please email our support team with your Order Number and the Unboxing Video/Photos.
